At The Castle Crafts, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products include delicate, handcrafted glass décor and candles, we follow a transparent and careful return and refund policy.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
Due to the fragile and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for return or replacement.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
Replacements
For damaged or incorrect items, we offer free replacement, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Customized, personalized, or bulk orders (unless defective)
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Bulk or corporate gifting orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
