Returns & Refunds policy
At The Castle Crafts, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products include delicate and handcrafted glass items, we follow a transparent return and refund policy as outlined below.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
Due to the fragile and hygienic nature of glass décor and candles, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process
Please contact us with your order number, clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the request and confirm the return or replacement eligibility.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Replacements
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we offer free replacement, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
Customized, personalized, or bulk order items (unless damaged or defective)
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Bulk or corporate gifting orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
